Due to the large number of families seeking to join CHEE for the 2015-16 school year and limited classroom and other space at our meeting facility, please be informed that our membership has reached maximum capacity. LIMITED SPACE remains for certain Fine Arts classes (click on Classes tab to see tentative schedule). If interested in Fine Arst classes only, please email cheegazette@gmail.com after August 7 so we may determine if we are able to accommodate your family for the coming year. Thank you for your understanding!

What is CHEE?

We are a cooperative support group for Christian homeschooling families who come together for classes and activities on a weekly basis. Often described as "a good, old-fashioned co-op," all members participate to fulfill various roles in order for our group to function and parents are required to remain on-site with their child(ren). CHEE classes are held on Mondays from August to April at Mt. Airy Baptist Church off Hwy. 81. (Please do contact the church regarding our group. Inquiries may be sent to chee.easley@gmail.com.)

Our Mission

Our Mission is to enrich our students’ home school experience while giving them a place to fellowship with friends of all ages in a safe, Christian environment; to provide fun, yet educational, elementary classes and interesting middle school, high school, and fine arts opportunities; and, above all, to support one another in educating our students in a Godly manner.
